We are running a special this Spring/Summer 2025 for afternoon grad parties for 50% off at $600 for 6 hrs of facility use/access typically 1-7pm with setup and cleanup. Come take a tour and talk with us.

Details:

The pricing for your event includes all the facility has to offer. We think you’ll find that we have a lot of value to offer you. 

  • Exceptional service and availability from the venue…we don’t just unlock the door

  • Approximately 7,000 SF

  • Ample room for 225+ guests

  • Spacious outside yard for tents, etc. 

  • A blank slate that is here for you to decorate and transform into what you need for your event. 

  • Spacious parking lot for guest parking, food trucks, etc. 

  • Walk-in cooler and freezer. 

  • Round 72” tables that seat 8. 

  • Wood chairs with padded seats. 

  • Excellent heating and air conditioning. 

  • Multiple guest restrooms. 

  • All one level with the exception of the stage.

  • Caterers are not limited to our list. We can arrange them, or leave that to you.

  • $600 for 6 hour graduation party events.

  • Bagged trash is taken care of by Northwest Place

  • Additional time available at $100/hr.
